Ball fields, band lots, and arena nights
School and church dates carry a big share of the Harrah calendar, from tournament Saturdays at the ball fields to band competitions and parking-lot fundraisers. Harrah booster clubs tend to order a pair of standard units plus a handwashing station beside the concession trailer, which keeps the line away from the restrooms inside the building. An ADA accessible unit goes out any time a Harrah event opens its gates to visiting families from other towns.
Arena nights and rodeo weekends around Harrah need a different layout, with units near the warm-up pens and contestant parking instead of the bleachers. We set Harrah arena orders the afternoon before so nothing is still rolling in while stock is being unloaded.
River bottom ground and unit placement
The North Canadian bottom below Harrah stays soft long after the surface looks dry, and that is the single biggest thing we plan around out here. On low Harrah ground we put the unit up on a pad, a gravel apron, or the crown of a field road rather than down in the flat. Hard freezes and spring hail both pass through Harrah most years, so we anchor units on exposed sites and check them once severe weather has rolled east.
Livestock is another consideration, since a curious Harrah steer or horse will lean on anything new in the pasture. We place units outside the fence or in a pen corner wherever a Harrah property makes that practical.
Lead times and standing service
Harrah rides a midweek and Saturday route off NE 23rd Street and Harrah Road, and most orders land the next business day. A standing Harrah rental on a build or a shop yard gets one fixed pump-out a week, and we add a second stop when crew size or summer heat calls for it.
We work Monday through Saturday and take Sunday off, so a Harrah event that runs a weekend gets its pickup on the following Monday. Give us the gate code or the name of the field, and the Harrah driver will not waste a lap hunting for the drop.
